Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

AdGreg is an ad aggregation platform operated by Simat Trade s.r.o., a Czech company. We respect the privacy of all users worldwide. EU/EEA users should see our GDPR Notice. California residents should see our California Privacy Notice.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact information. Email address and optional name.
  • Payment information. Processed entirely by Stripe — we never receive your card number. We store a Stripe customer ID and subscription status to manage your access to paid features.
  • Ad-network API credentials. API keys or tokens you provide when connecting an ad network, encrypted at rest and used only to retrieve your data from those networks on your instruction.
  • Usage data. PostHog pseudonymous analytics — no name or email is linked to this data.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide and operate the AdGreg dashboard.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send necessary account emails (verification, password reset, receipts).
  • Improve the product using anonymised analytics.
  • Detect and prevent security threats.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share data only with service providers under contract:

  • Supabase (database/auth, EU region).
  • Stripe (payments).
  • PostHog (analytics, EU cloud).

Ad-network operators receive your API credentials only when you connect an integration. We never sell your information. We never share it for advertising purposes.

  • Credentials are encrypted at rest using envelope encryption.
  • All traffic is encrypted over TLS.
  • Stripe is PCI DSS Level 1 certified.
  • Supabase holds SOC 2 certification.

AdGreg is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe we have, contact us at matthew@adgreg.com and we will delete it promptly.
